Mile High Quote ("we," "us," or "our") operates milehighquote.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and your rights under Colorado and federal law. By using this website you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect:
- Identity information: full name and date of birth
- Contact information: phone number and email address
- Location information: street address and ZIP code
- Insurance information: coverage type, property type, estimated home or vehicle value, year built, roof age, vehicle information, driver age, incident history, current insurance status, and bundle interest
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site β collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools
We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To contact you by phone, SMS, or email with insurance options and follow-up from a licensed advisor
- To match your needs with appropriate insurance carriers on your behalf
- To manage our business relationship with you through our internal systems
- To improve our website and understand how visitors use it (analytics)
- To comply with Colorado Division of Insurance regulations and applicable recordkeeping requirements
3. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information for up to five (5) years from the date of collection, or longer if required by Colorado insurance regulations or applicable law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only as follows:
- Insurance carriers β to obtain quotes on your behalf. Carriers receive only the minimum information necessary to generate a rate.
- Supabase β our secure database provider, used solely to store and retrieve quote requests. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Resend β our transactional email provider, used to deliver quote confirmation emails. Resend does not use your information for its own marketing.
- Google Analytics β collects anonymized, aggregated usage data. No personally identifiable information is transmitted to Google through analytics.
- Legal or regulatory authorities β if required by law, valid court order, or Colorado Division of Insurance regulatory requirement.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our site. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function correctly if you do. Our analytics configuration does not transmit your name, phone number, email, or other directly identifying information to Google.
6. Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) β Your Rights
If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act (CRS Β§6-1-1301 et seq.), effective July 1, 2023, gives you the following rights with respect to your personal data:

To exercise any CPA right, contact us using the information in Section 8. We will respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us in writing, and if unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov.
7. Your General Rights & Opt-Out
Regardless of your state of residence, you may at any time:
- Request access to or correction of your personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any text from us
- Opt out of email communications by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email we send
- Request to be added to our internal do-not-call list by calling (303) 706-1000
We will respond to access, correction, and deletion requests within 30 days (45 days for CPA requests).
